Within the Development department, and in close collaboration with the Manager for Wallonia to whom you report, you are responsible for the administrative follow-up and support of technical projects, proposals, and permit processes.

Prepare and coordinate permit files, in collaboration with project developers, to ensure the submission of complete, high-quality, and accurate permit applications within the given timeframe.
Ensure proper document management of ongoing projects, particularly through systematic electronic archiving of both external and internal documents.
Prepare and collect necessary information on specific projects and update related materials such as presentations, brochures, websites, etc.
Request documents from competent authorities related to the preparation and/or implementation of projects or permit files to ensure compliance with applicable legal provisions.
Manage the team's central mailbox.
Organise, attend, and follow up on team meetings.
Oversee office management tasks, including office supply coordination and meeting room reservations.
Play a key role in SAP Ariba as a Requester, entering purchase orders for the team.
Manage the invoice approval workflow for your department.
Process electronic signatures for internal and external documents.
Provide personal assistance to the team manager, including organising meetings (internal and external), handling reservations and accommodation, and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
Collaborate closely with other departments, particularly Finance and Legal.
Act as a one-off back-up for the management assistant as needed.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong written and oral communication skills
Interest in environmentally impactful work and a strong affinity for sustainability
Accurate, hands-on, and responsible
Organised, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented
Native French speaker, with a good command of Dutch and English
IT-minded with a proactive approach to digital tools
Proficient in MS Office
