As a POJECT MANAGER, you are responsible of the construction management of a set of dedicated wind farms assigned to you in order to achieve optimal delivery of these projects.

You are the linking pin between Development and Construction teams, managing the execution of new projects within the operational constraints (time, budget, resources) and in close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.

Within the Construction department and in close cooperation with the Construction Team Leader to whom you report, you will:

• Organize, plan and follow-up on the construction execution to achieve optimal results in a cost effective and qualitative manner, with attention for an early delivery and further optimisation of CAPEX.
• Coordinate and ensure technical follow-up of the works in all its aspects related to the windfarms, both with internal staff and subcontractors, in order to carry out the work correctly and in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage suppliers and service providers and make clear agreements with the various parties in order to obtain unanimity and thus guarantee a correct and flawless execution of the construction project.
• Ensure the administrative and financial follow up/monitoring of the windfarm in order to achieve a sufficient return for each project.
• Ensure continuous consultation and maintain relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders (local landowners, partners, communities, …) in order to keep them informed of the status at all times.
• Monitor safety aspects associated with project execution and delivery, in accordance with Eneco’s HSE standards, and identify optimization opportunities related to safety in order to ensure safer project execution.
• Coordinate and assist in resolving technical problems from his/her professional knowledge and experience in order to support staff and ensure quality delivery.

You will be responsible for:

• The construction management of a set of dedicated wind farms assigned to you in order to achieve optimal delivery of these projects.
• For the entire preparatory phase and/or the execution of the construction project in order to have the assigned project delivered on time and close to budget.
• You are the linking pin between Development and Construction teams, managing the execution of new projects within the operational constraints (time, budget, resources) and in close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
  

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, or equivalent through experience
• Certificate BA5 and/or Working at heights is a nice to have
• Prior project management experience, preferably in civil, electromechanical or electrical engineering.
• Prior experience in the wind industry is a strong asset.
• Strong in data analysis;
• Being solution minded, you do what it takes to meet deadlines, you are proactive
• You are a French native speaker and have a good command of English on top of French
• You have a high level of self-management within a fixed set of tasks; requires planning/disposition of own tasks, various interfaces
• You have guts, a high energy level, a positive attitude and execution power.
