Within the Development department and in close collaboration with the Manager Flanders and the team coach, you are in charge of the contracting of land leases intended for new wind projects. 
From the identifying of potential project sites to the finalization of agreements, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying potential project sites
• Negotiation of land lease contracts
• Consulting local administrations & authorities
• Coordination of the permit application & follow-up of the permitting process in collaboration with the team coach
• Negotiation of partnership or shareholders agreements in collaboration with the team coach

• You are a sales person with excellent negotiation skills and interested in financials
• You are an entrepreneur, working very autonomously, but still you are a real team player and respectful
• Sustainability is in your genes
• You are accurate and well organized
• You are creative and solution minded
• Basic knowledge of energy techniques is a plus
• You are open to work in a small, flexible structure but are ready to adopt the Eneco corporate values
• Experience in real estate is a strong advantage
• Graduate degree/university grade
• Native Dutch speaker, good knowledge of English
• Driver’s license B
• A first experience in our sector is good but not essential
